WOOD HEAT is a FANTASTIC company! We purchased a pellet stove from Wood Heat and they installed it in October 2012. We worked with the staff at the Quakertown location and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. (I'm sure the staff at their other locations are just as helpful.) They were very helpful in determining the size of stove we would need for our home and where we should locate it for the best heat distribution. \r

Their installation team came to install it about a week later and it took only a few hours!!! The workers were prompt and courteous. There was absolutely no mess and no inconvenience. I also had a great experience with a routine maintenance call over the summer. \r

Every staff member of this company has gone out of their way to ensure that we have been happy with our stove. We have called the store with questions about the use, cleaning and maintenance of the stove and they have answered us courteously. I am SO GLAD that we decided to install a pellet stove, and I am SO GLAD that we gave our business to Wood Heat. \r

**--The best part is that we saved almost $1000 on our heating costs last year!
