Tim, today's go to guy was prompt and very courteous. He listened to my concerns and addressed each item. I had some algae that was growing around the condensation pipe and the a/c until was not blowing very cold are. Also my filter needed to be replaced. Tim made sure everything was working up to the high standards of One Call owner, Glen Steiner.
