I moved here recently from Chicago and came across this hotel. I stayed for months at this hotel while making a job/ move transition. Let me tell you- I would ONLY stay at The Sidney James Hotel in Gatlinburg- it has the best staff/ service who bends over backward to help and accommodate. Gorgeous rooms with fireplaces and an ambiance that would make any family's trip wonderfully memorable- whether a newly wed couple or traveling family of five. Amenities are great such as their pools- however what I appreciated the most was the staff, location, and how incredibly safe I felt while staying on property. I am so thankful I stumbled across this hotel online - beyond measure.
