Review content:
I'm disappointed. I went by this 24 hour store late last night (July 3rd) and to my surprise they had closed and locked the doors. I thought this was odd and checked their hours of operation on their doors. Sure enough, the hours clearly stated that they would be open 24 hours on July 3rd and July 4th. I called customer service and their records also showed that they should have been open.
I understand that this was probably expected to be a slow shift, but I feel that if you decide to close a store, you should have the decency to let your customers know by updating your hours on your door. Secondly, you should let corporate know before the closure, so they can update the appropriate systems.
All-in-all, Last night ended up being an extreme inconvenience for me that could have easily been avoided had they taken these steps.
