Brought 2 chipped bbq sandwiches in the drive-thro to take to a friend at lunch during lunch break. The sandwiches were bread and shredded roast beef only on soggy bread. They looked like they had been make hours before. No bbq sauce nothing. I returned the sandwiches and showed the manager. I paid with a credit card and he gave me a return of my money by cash. Upon replying I was disappointed not only lunch was ruin for my friend and I, I was disappointed in Jack Jordan food. The manage copped an attitude and several times stated "You got your money back." He came across as being put out that I returned sandwich which didn't even have any bbq sauce and couldn't even be call a roast bread sandwich. Furthermore, my daughter who is mental disabled had refilled our drink cups with DP. I informed him of this and ended up paying full price for 2 drinks using my existing cups and ice after having lunch ruined by poorly made food on soggy bread and an arrogant attitude to
