Review content:
We have taken our cars to Evans for several years now and have been treated well and received good service. However, this last time we dropped off a car to have the AC and brakes checked. We got a call that the car was ready but learned that the oil had been changed (not requested and done elsewhere the day before) and the AC and brakes had not been checked. They ultimately were checked but it took numerous calls to straighten it all out.
