I am a customer under this agency in the past few years and I was horribly disappointed by this agency. Eddie Leung never handle your cases if you have any problems occurred, like Car Insurance, Housing Insurances or even HEALTH Insurances. The last time I was about to claim my health insurance, he said I gave him the WRONG policy number so he could NOT do anything for me.
(He did not even let me report to him my correct policy number)!!!!!!!
Shouldn't he find my policy number with my FULL name? What year is it? 1900s? Didn't he have a ""COMPUTER"", so he could search my name or the information????????? HE NEVER REPLY YOUR EMAILS. NEVER CALL YOU BACK IF HE MISSED YOUR CALLS.
I cannot claim my health and car insurances, even though I have got all the information required!!!!!!!!!
Pros: NO!
Cons: NEVER FOLLOW UP YOUR CASES, ONLY WANT YOU TO SPEND MORE!!!
