The only salesperson who offered to help us didn't have a clue what inventory she had in the store and told us they did not have anything we asked for. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was new. Once my husband and I browsed around the store, we found what we were looking for and couldn't find any other salesperson but this lady to help. The other salespeople were more interested in standing in a circle drinking their coffee (or whatever they were drinking). When we went to pay for our large purchase, we had to wait about 20 minutes because the salesperson kept writing up the bill wrong. Again, probably because she was new. The other salespeople did not even budge to help her. As if the in-store nightmare wasn't enough, on delivery day, dispatch and the driver called me several times because they could not find my house despite my very specific directions.
