This company has a 24 hour hot line for emergencies. They are in the same price range as other heat and airconditioning speicalist, with one super great difference, If it is not fixed right the first time, they don't argue, they come back, work until the problem is fixed and there are no more charges. They really are a great and unusual company in this day and time.
PROS: a guarantee on their work that they follow thru on.
