Worst experience with Danielle ( Bear Computers) !! I gave my laptop for dc jack repair 2 weeks ago. He returned my laptop in 2 days and charged $60. After checking at home , we came to know the issue was not resolved. We then gave the laptop again and was expected to return it the next day. But they called and said the dc jack needs to be ordered and it will take some days to come through ups. After 5 days we called the guys but no one replied. The lady there said she will ask Danielle to call us as soon as possible. But we dint get any call from him the next days. We tried reaching all the numbers. but they intentionally cut the calls and dint call us back the next 2 days. Even we went to his shop and waited for an hour, but the store was closed. I left a voicemail to return my laptop back without any repair to save my laptop from him. The next day he mailed saying if we want the laptop we have to wait few more days else we can pick it up without any fix. And also said we are not his only customer and he has hundreds of other clients. We then mailed him back saying we will pick the laptop today. He dint reply back. We went to his store and no one was there except a small boy. He returned our laptop but the keyboard and mouse were not working. And also he exchanged our adapter and gave us different adapter. We couldnt get him on phone and we did not know wat to do next! We were disappointed and frustrated. For $60 we have lost our keyboard, mouse and adapter. Guys pls be careful! Dont get cheated with Bear computers Shelton..
