I wish I could give them zero stars. For starters, their sales people could give two sh*ts about making sale. I almost had to go out of my way to sit down with someone to make the purchase. I decided to upgrade to the ""Turbocharged"" model so the main supports would be upgraded to 4x6s rather than 4x4s. After my $5,000 credit card charge cleared, I received only the 4x4 supports with my kit. I have now been trying for 14 days to have a person from the Parsippany store call me back. I have left 5 messages and am still waiting. If I could return the product I would but my daughter loves it. I would avoid this franchise like the plague as I am proof THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!!
