My husband and I reserved a room for Valentine's Day Eve for a relaxing and quiet evening. We got the whirlpool suite and were looking forward to a night away from our kids. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we discovered our room had a balcony over the pool area; we were forced to listen to screaming, squealing unsupervised children through the night and when the pool opened at 6AM, that is what we awoke to - so much for our "romantic night"; we should have just stayed at home and saved $200. At least we wouldn't have had to listen to 20 + kids while their parents probably slept soundly in another room away from the pool - and paid 1/2 of what we did!
