Review content:
Vinny was 1 of 3 technicians that would be working on replacing the a/c unit on a 93 degree day. trust me when I say it was 'hot'. He arrived before the scheduled time. Since he was not on the original call, he further assessed the work needing to be done. Vinny was delegated the job of dismantling and tearing out the 'old' unit, inside and outside of the house. A job I was happy I didn't have to assist or do. The dismantling was performed in a organized, clean, and professional manner. He didn't leave until the 2nd of 3 technicians arrived to review, discuss and turnover what needed to be done. Both technicians discussed different alternatives to installing the 'new' equipment in a way that made the house look 2013, not 1975.
Thanks Vinnie.
