Review content:
For the most part they did well. The clinic happily takes my payment via phone so that my mom doesn't offer to pay for my boys (added convenience).
I haven't met the docs. But when I came in the staff people weren't as friendly in person as they were over the phone.
Fortunately, only the service experience was substandard. However the doctor did call me to give me more details. Perhaps I should not fault the doctor for the manners of her staff.
