I've been a long time dog owner and have been to a few Vets in the area over the past few years. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had.\r
From initial scheduling, to follow-up, the staff was very friendly and helpful. \r
The veterinary care was top notch as well. We didn't wait long and Dr. Bechtel greeted us with a smile and a welcoming tone. His obvious love of animals came through in every aspect of our visit. This was a first visit for my dog, and he gave her a thorough looking over- telling as he went, what he was looking for and why. \r
His suggestions for recommendations were just that, and not a hard sell.\r
I will definately continue as a client and would highly recommend you take your pet there also. \r
But, don't take my word for it, go see for yourself that at Manchester West, this is the way it should be!
