I joined Savannah Christian Church at the age of 13. I was baptized by Brian Jobe who at the time was the Pastor to East Campus. At the age of 14 I joined the Technical Arts Ministry, now known as the Production Arts Ministry. In my service and in the worst of times the staff of the Production Arts Ministry were there for me and still are. I remember how bad I was doing in school in 9th Grade and on the brink of failing. The staff of the Production Arts Ministry came in and had a sit down conversation with me. They told me I needed to get serious. They said if I wished to remain on the team I needed to come on week nights during services sit down do my homework and write out notes and If I needed any help they were there for me to ask. Every since those nights coming up to Henderson sitting in that room and hearing how much they cared about me and that me passing in school mattered to them, that really changed my point of view on my life and on myself as a student, a volunteer, and as
