I just started going here about 6 months ago. My grandfather has been going here for a very long time and convinced me to bring my car there to take care of a couple of issues. There are very few auto shops that I have been to where I don't feel like I'm being raked over the coals and this is one of them. They have done a great job of explaining the problem and provided repair options. Their rates are very reasonable and they have just been very helpful in general. They also have a loaner car which is a HUGE bonus in my book.
I had an emissions issue with my car that was a real pain to clear up and it took weeks to resolve and the gentleman I dealt with (Todd) was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process.
They have been outstanding in the short time that I have used them and I know my grandfather has been very pleased with him through all these years.
