My bunny chip was very sick. i brought her to a vet in stratford and felt that they were not making a effort to treat her. When i finally got fed up i called countryside. I knew i would like it there the minute i spoke to Jennifer on the phone, she seemed understanding and worried for my rabbits health. she told me that she should be seen right away and to bring her in asap. I had my husband bring her in that day because i had to work. I was told the Dr. saw her right away and kept her for xrays. He called me and updated me as soon as he had any information. When i got home she was back and already eatting! She is having kidney problems but is dealing with it and seems to be no pain or suffering. They have been so caring and friendly they have called to check to see how shes doing. I brought her in yesterday and met them for the first time. They took time to go over her lab results with me, and show me what i can do to prolong her life painlessly. I will recommend this vet to everyone
