Review content:
Horrible experience with my dog who had to have a tumor removed from her lip. Told me to be there at 7:30 a.m. I was a few minutes early and it was cold out and they told me they weren't open yet (very rudely) and that I could wait in the waiting room but couldn't see me for a while. At 8:15, they finally took my dog. Said they would call when done; didn't call until 3:00 pm. Said to pick her up at 4:30. When I got there at 4:30, made me wait until 5:20 to get her and when they gave her to me she was covered in feces. I asked if they had bothered to walk her and no one answered me. Didn't like the place nor the staff.
