Shameful!!!
I recently moved to the area and called to make an appointment for my cat who seemed to be not feeling well. I was told he had a fever and it would be $1400 to find out what was wrong with him, but he could only stay till 1pm the next day because they would be closing. I was then charged a $90 fee for an emergency visit, yet they do not perform emergency services. I was not advised when I made the appointment that they considered this an emergency, I was also not told the cat would then have to be transferred to an emergency center the next day. Their prices are exorbitant, perhaps they should focus more on animals and healing and less on appearances.
