Review content:
While they are sometimes expensive, I have found that the tests they suggest are very helpful, and an ultrasound discovered a tumor in my cat's intestine that would normally not have been found until it was too late to operate. They did not hesitate to refer me to someone with more experience with the type of surgery required, which tells me they care more about the cat than the money. Their staff have been nothing but caring and helpful now that my elderly cat is in her final days, and have gone above and beyond what is required in making sure that I'm ok as well as my cat. They are perhaps more expensive, but they are truly committed to caring for the animals.
I have had some nightmarish experiences with the front desk staff at their competitors, and am grateful for the caring desk staff and vet techs at this veterinary practice.
