The Doctor himself is very knowledgeable and has a great manner however everything else is terrible. There is little if any regard for patients comfort and opinions but the main issue is with the admin staff. In general they are just incompetent, they tell you wrong information, deny ever speaking to you, and never call you back. Additionally not only do they nickle and dime you for everything, they run a scam. They asked us to pay 1000's of dollars upfront, even though our insurance covers this 100%, they then broker a deal with the insurance to just pay $200, which is all they give back to the patients. This practice is so utterly disgusting as they are preying on people desperate for a baby. I'm absolutely sure that the stress they caused us was a contributing factor to us not getting pregnant.\r
(FYI - it's pretty clear that most of the reviews here are by friends/famliy/workers)
