Mixed bag, but ultimately a dissapointment? - ? - Today I Emergently needed car repairs, looked online, website stated they had plenty of vehicles. Not so. When I arrived there were no cars available. The kid who checked me in was great. Friendly, accommodating, did everything he could to get me a car. Thankfully one was returned. Of course it cost about twice what I had hoped to pay and it was an aluminum Ford rattletrap, but beggars can't be choosers and evidently the "online rate" I noted earlier was not available to walk in customers. I was handed off to another representative to examine and sign for the car. He began noting the prices and where I should sign, and that would be an extra 11.99 a day for insurance. I assured him that my insurance as well as my credit card was sufficient, and he got quite argumentative with me, citing that he could give me 1000 different reasons why my insurance was inadequate, all these statistics about when accidents happen during the operation
