EXCELLENT!!! Autoworks Colorado is awesome. The owner, Mark, worked closely with me to accurately diagnose a repeated problem I was encountering with my MINI CooperS automatic transmission. The car would occasionally bog down and suddenly downshift. This was extremely dangerous, especially when it happened twice making a left turn in a busy Highlands Ranch intersection. The Autoworks diagnostic computer analysis indicated a faulty D.S.C. module. After replacing the module the car was still occasionally downshifting. Mark asked me to return the car to him for a couple of days. At no cost to me, the mechanics reset the factory programing for the engine and transmission and the car has been running perfectly now for two weeks. The final part of this experience was when Mark personally delivered the MINI to my driveway. The personal touch, the integrity, the professionalism were impressive. I will continue to bring my AUDI and MINI to Mark and his technicians…they are simply the best! Al
