Dr. O'Brien is the worst vet I have ever dealt with. Her bedside manner is horrible and she doesn't seem to care about the pets at all, more the money she receives! After taking our dog to her, she lied to us about a medication saying that our dog would not survive a day without it. The medicine cost $1500/month which we could not afford. We had our dog put on a much less expensive medication which she has done great on for a few weeks and when we tried to fill the prescription online, Dr. O"Brien would not authorize the request because we didn't pay for the $1500 medication! She held our prescription hostage knowing that our dog would die without it! I am filing a formal complaint against her and urge everyone to stay away from her office!
