Bob Marks made shopping for my new vehicle an absolutely delightful experience! I recently purchased a 2009 Cadillac CTS (my first-ever solo car buying experience) and Bob treated me with extreme professionalism, was very knowledgable and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase. He also walked me through all the instructions and car features to make sure that I was totally comfortable and familiar with my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Bob and Ritchey Cadillac to anyone interested in making a vehicle purchase. Bob is always available to answer any question I may have and even came to my home to help me install the automatic garage remote! That is definitely first-class service. The service technicians at Ritchey Cadillac are also first rate -- providing prompt and thorough service in a very comfortable environment.
