Review content:
Had them repaint the left front of my silver metallic Porsche Boxster through a AAA claim.\r
\r
The Good: Timely repair. Informative friendly enthusiastic service. Facility and operations is impressive. Took a guided tour, was sold on the types of cars being repaired and the shop's interior appearances.\r
\r
Bad: Despite certificates, appearances and friendly service, I Would not take a metallic car to this shop again. They can't do the job exactly right. Clear coat came out impeccablly, but that's not that hard, and it was just about meaningless since they didn't match the color coat. Metallic is very difficult to work with, everything has to be just right. However with right training, experience, and good eye, it is not impossible to match metallic. Another shop, Bell Strauss, had previously redone the rear end of this same car and their work was invisible. It was perfect. Alas Sterling took over Bell Strauss. I went with Sterling partly because I had hoped they would inherit Bell Straus
