I was a former fan of Noodles. In fact, most special occasions in my family were celebrated there. (birthdays, graduations, even our wedding shower!) When I was pregnant we ate there once a week! We've been there twice since August and things have gone way downhill. So much so that my husband and I refuse to eat there any longer.\r

The first time, we went on a Saturday night during diner rush and had painfully slow service. Our waitress finally came to get our drink order, then, 25 minutes later, came back for our food order. We noticed the prices had raised since the winter, but weren't too concerned since they had all sorts of healthy options on the menu that were all new! We got our bread and oil 30 some odd minutes later (whereas you used to get it when you sat down!) and our food took almost an hour. Three of us ordered spaghetti and my husband ordered a grilled chicken salad. Our spaghetti noodles weren't cooked well at all, and my husband's salad didn't have any chicken in it!
