Review content:
The recent forecast cold blast obviously was not understood by Shellhorn & Hill - we ran out of fuel when we were on automatic delivery. When called, the operator said we were not the only ones - that was a big help and did not make us comfortable with that news. The rep came in 1-1/2 hrs. He was disgusted with his employer as well said it should not have happened. When we called Shellhorn & Hill they did not even apologize when asked what they were going to do...they said nothing if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. We were 30 yr. customers. Their service is lousy, their customer service is nonexistent and they won't even return a call. Oh, in 1995 we ran out twice in the same season - we should have moved on then. Don't go there. Low class operation and unprofessional.
