The lot that they have for you to drop the rental car in after hours is very tiny and right on the main street in Seattle. We called and asked them if it was safe to leave the car there after hours and they insisted it was so we dropped the car off in perfect condition and got a call the next day saying that there was a dent (which was not there when we dropped it off) and they were charging us an additional $175 dollars for it.\r

Anyone can stumble by and dent the car or someone can try to return their rental car and bump yours in the process since there are only a handfull or poorly placed spots in the lot.
