Review content:
I can't even explain how pleased we are with your service. Background: I overheard at work that one of our employees had no heat and six children at home - she was scheduled to work until 10 pm and the local oil repair service had promised to come out and had not arrived. When I got home I got online and searched for any emergency service that would help us and put out calls for help. I filled out the online request with Horizon and immediately got a call. By this time it was into the evening and the employee's house was 16 degrees and blankets up to the door. She had oil delivered but since she had to let the oil go to empty the burner wouldn't come on. Horizon called and Ray (serviceman) was on his way. It wasn't 45 minutes before Ray called and said that the heat was on. The mother called us and said that the children were jumping up and down and so happy. When I asked her when was the last time that the oil burner was on she said 5 days ago....so she had been without heat
