I was a patient there for about 10 months. They said there was need for emergency testing based on a pap, and so I was very worried! After numerous calls on my part attempting to get an appointment, they said I had missed the appointment they had decided for me. (I was never notified.) Consequently, there were no appointments available. They decided the testing was not so urgent, and said I could just hold off for another month. I complied but meanwhile decided to look for another place that wouldn't put my health on hold. It sounds crazy, but then G. OBGYN proceeded to call me 4 more times with mis-information about appointment dates. It was as if four different nurses each thought I was a different person. Each time they admitted to a mistake, I grew more and more wary. It hurt my feelings that a what was serious health-priority for me was just another obstacle between them and their next lunch break.
