I live in anchorage AK. I do business with your stores here all the time. I use your loan service on a regular basis, im in construction and its feast and famine. I have no problem with the amounts you charge or the terms. I also have in the last 10 years spent better than 20 thousand in your stores on purchases I have 4 computers right now I bought in your stores. But the last time I went into get a loan in your Muldoon store the manager low balled me on my tool?s, stating that she had to many laser levels and could only give me 5 dollars for it was a David white laser I bought in your store for 150.00 by the way, but the main thing is I just needed loan short term so I did it anyway. Well I had 2 loans in there already and 2 months latter I called into the store and asked I got the manager by the way, I asked how many loans and how much interest was due. She told me and I came in and paid it. Well last weak I went in and got my stuff out, I told the kid helping me some things were
