First off let me say they are located in the center of NOWHERE'S land in the heart of an industrial area. When you call to get directions your on hold for so long you miss the appropriate exit to get off on Grr! Next when you finally arrive if you don't have an appointment to see the show room hint the word show room so show me ! the staff fights over who should have to see you. Yes,right in front of you as if your a burden. After being told to have a seat someone would be with me in a moment. To my surprise I hear a yell bellow from somewhere down the hall screaming "Are you going to get that" ( I guess the booming voice meant the phone) Are we at home? I had to ask myself this was so unprosfesional and unwelocmiong. Next when the gentlemen finally showed me the show room it was so small and had nothing in season. The stuff is so out dated how is a bride supposed to pick from this mess. Needless to say me and my wedding party were un-impressed with the showroom and the manager who see
