Dr. Conrad, Amanda and the staff took such great care of our cat Snuggles. She was an older cat whom we raised from fur ball kitten. She was 16 when we had to say good bye. They treated us with respect dignity and heartfelt caring. They truly acknowledged that she was very big part of our family. They made her last months happier and more comfortable. They probably extended her life by at least 6 months. We can only say THANK YOU. But it doesn't seem like enough. They are the best. Sincerely, Cindy and Vinny P.
