A very good first impression. I'm a member of a large Gym here in the Orlando area. Was in NSB for the past week. Needed to keep my workout going. Met Berndt at the "Nautilus By The Sea". A very knowledgeable,courteous and helpful business man. Obvious to me that he loves/likes the business. Helping people to stay healthy. Great person! Great creditials I might say as well. What did NSB do to lure this talent to its beaches? Wish that we had this type of businessman operating a business here in Orlando!\r
