Review content:
Due to lack of due diligence on behalf of my current doctor's staff, there was a mix-up with the medication I truly needed. The meds that I needed were a bit pricey, so I had to prepay for the pharmacy to make the prescription; unfortunately, my doctor failed to provide the correct script and they filled the wrong one. \r \r They could tell I was a bit upset and frustrated as I called the doctor to remedy the situation; I believe a manager came out as well as the pharmacy tech and consoled my situation and they spoke directly on the phone with the doctor to straighten everything out. \r \r I was credited for the amount of the wrong medication though it seemed to be a one-off type of situation.....\r \r Wow, the one woman was so cheery and polite and really turned my frustration inside-out.... and I left happy; when someone can do that, they've got some excellent people skills! I will say that they seem honest and sincere.
