If you guys think a car wash is all you'll get when you go to this shell gas station car wash service, well, you are in for a suprise!!!! An added damage to your car is what they'll give you for the service! I went to have my car washed today and unfortunately THEY DAMAGED my car's back seat !!!!! The seat was folded down and I'm not able to pull it back up! I went to the manager named ""Alex"" who was of no help and very nasty and told me it was not their fault and that I have to talk to the owner of the business. He gave me the number of a certain ""Guido"" but the number is Westfolk Shell gas station's number. I called the number and spoke to somebody named ""oscar"" and he got my name and number and said he will give it to this Guido. I called an hour later and ""Oscar "" said he gave the message to Guido but he was too busy to call me. They don't know when Mr. Guido will be coming and he will just leave another message to call me. Meanwhile, I went to the dealer and asked how much it will cost to repair the seat and was quoted $400-500. So where is justice in this case? I just hope someone will speak up about this Westfolk Shell Station car wash with the same problem I had. I advise that you guys think it twice before taking your car to this place. They wont even admit it was their fault. My car's back seat was perfectly fine before I took it there and someone broke it and they're not even taking responsibility about the damage! SHAME ON YOU! HOW DISHONEST THIS BUSINESS IS !!!! I ALSO HOPE ""SHELL COMPANY"" WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF OTHER SERVICES THEY HAVE WITHIN THE SHELL GAS STATION. I'M PRETTY SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD SERVICE FROM THIS GAS STATION!!!!THIS GOES TO SHOW THAT THE OWNER OF THAT CAR WASH SERVICE IS ONLY AFTER THE MONEY AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONCERN ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO AVAIL OF THEIR SERVICE. HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO HIS CLIENT'S CARS AS LONG AS HE GETS PAID! I AM NOT GOING TO PATRONIZE THIS SHELL STATION AGAIN ESPECIALLY THEIR CAR WASH SERVICE AND I WILL SURELY ENCOURAGE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO DO THE SAME! THE LEAST YOU COULD DO MR. GUIDO IS GIVE A PHONE CALL!!!!!
