Review content:
I boarded my shepherd/lab overnight at 5-Star and will never use their services again. One night boarding and a bath were requested. She was picked up on a Sunday morning and immediately relieved her bowel outside. It was then noticed that both of her hind legs were covered in feces. We took her back inside and registered the complaint whereas the attendant took her for five minutes to clean her up. She came back out still covered on the hind legs. We left totally discouraged and brought her home. She drank two bowls of water when we got home because her tongue was white from dehydration. We then bathed her ourselves. Tuesday of the next week we had to take her to the Vet because she had developed kennel cough and was choking every time she tried to bark. The unprofessionalism displayed by 5-Star with their lack of concern for her condition at pick up time was totally unacceptable and not recommendable to dog owners wanting to use 5-Star Kennels
