I received a texture service instead of a perm Like I usually do. Carlton Hair educated me on the difference of what I received from them and the perms of old. I will never go anywhere else again because my hair usually turns out dry frizzy etc. I can't say enough! Thankyou!
Pros: Better then anyplace that I have gone before to have my hair permed!
