The doctors of the practice are knowledagable and wonderful. \r Hospital (admitting) staff dislike interacting with the doctors office staff as do other physician's office's and or imaging centers. Staff is in such a rush to do things that it gets done half-assed, or incorrectly, or not at all but all at the expense of the patient. \r Snotty and even some snide remarks are common by some staff to patients.\r Anyone for Deer??? The deer in the headlights look lives in this office.\r If you can be your own nurse, admn asst, know when things change in the health care system and not care if you relate them to other's then you have a partnership for yourself and a great doctor. (Stat vs an appointment. Lack of return calls and no personal accountability by them. Isn't that putting the doctor in more jeapordy???)\r (Administrators and employees seem to forget that without the PATIENTS the Doctor's wouldn't be in BUSINESS.)\r On call (phone) staffing is good depending on who you get. Most of the time the answers are ALWAYS go to the emergency room. (Hell, if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have called you now would I?)\r So long story made short, if you can have alot of patience, medical knowledge, gung-ho attitude and be your very OWN advocate, you have found a great doctor. (Also with this practice things change on a minute by minute basis. Office policy's -- what's expected of a patient, but the staff dosen't follow through either. So then it's the patient's fault.) (You can also be discharged for lack of follow up, but what I don't understand is who's fault is it if they don't????) No show fees are ridiculious tooooo. But it's ok, for the staff to cancel an appointment on you. Just goes to show that your time and energy aren't valued.\r Good luck is all I can say. Pros: Doctors are knowledagable Cons: Parking is small, multiple dr's office for such small parking and high staff turn over
