I've been shopping here for many years, I can't imagine not having the Co-op to get my groceries. They have the most impressive selection of... well everything! The bulk department is my favorite, because I prefer reusing containers in my home and refill them on a regular basis. I recently tried their bulk maple syrup and it was excellent, so much cheaper to buy in bulk than paying for a container every time. If you like to buy your products in packages, they offer that as well, the quality is excellent and I do all my shopping here, I wouldn't have it any other way.
