Review content:
All of the previous horrible reviews are 100% true! Unfortunately we didn't read them until our pet had some serious issues. The health insurance that we have paid for is useless because it doesn't cover anything more than basic care. This office only covers basic care. For anything out of the ordinary, you will be referred to a specialist which is not covered by Danville vets plan. I could go on and repeat the same stories that other people have already posted but the bottom line is this place is so awful, I don't care that we paid for insurance for 2 dogs, we will still be going to another vet from now on without using the insurance so we can get some quality care, good skills and compassion for our pets. This office has none of that and my pets deserve better! Don't waste your time for nothing but frustration.
