This place is horrible. I have taken my pets there on three times in an emergency of sorts because they were close and open. All three times I was not happy with the way they treated the pets and the cost was out of this world.\r On January 28,2011 I decided it may be time to put my 20 year old cat to sleep. I called to discuss this with them. The first conversation the girl knew nothing and was no help. I was going to take the cat to her vet in Long Beach. I wish I had. I called back and talked to someone else who did answer all of my questions and assured me they would make this as easy as possible for the cat and myself. My cat always got stressed at the vets and I wanted this to be as easy on her as possible. \r The vet assistant that came it obviously did not know what I was there for and honestly seemed to be a bit of an idiot.\r Although the DR that handled it was kind and answered all my questions and seemed to handle this with some compassion I did feel better about thin
