Showed up in a very NARROW trailer, pulled by a pickup truck....instead of the usual moving truck. They only got about 60-70$ of our stuff. We had already moved 95 of our boxes, so there was only furniture left to move. They shrink wrapped way more than they needed to, and took quite a while loading. We were told we couldn't help load/unload or it would void their guarantee (but I wished had went ahead and helped because it took a LONG time with just 2 guys!) Live and learn.
