Review content:
I would suggest not selling half dead trees to Senior Citizens. I purchased one in 2012 of October and I was assured it would bloom this SPRING. It is half dead. I called them, they sent someone to look at it. That's all he did was stand there and gaze at it and left. I phoned them at noon time not knowing someone had been here to look at the sick tree. THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE. I told them my landscaper said there are carpenter ants eating at the tree that most likely were there in the ball of the tree or in the mulch they put down. Jon told me the man I spoke to on the phone there in a couple of weeks they will come and spray for the ants and prune the tree. At 72 yrs. old I hope I live long enough to see the tree bloom with many flowers. Palmer Nursery is such a large Nursery you would think they would stand by their policy of replacing unhealthy trees, plants, etc.
