I FEEL THAT I SHOULD LEND MY KNOWLEDGE TO THE ""UNHAPPY CLIENTS OF 2008"" UGH217852. \r
I'm pretty sure that these are the two younger kids who purchased flooring with a very large pattern repeat from Casual Coverings. (i measured the job) They signed a contract on the job and their credit card was given after Casual Coverings already ordered a very high end Carpet for them. The Carpet was special order so there was no returns ect. The card went through for the part of the deposit but Casual Coverings was informed the following day their card was declined and overdrawn. I think the clients embarrassed. The whole deal ended up costing the store 285.00 + for fees. The clients refused to pay. Casual Coverings did not by term of the contract have to give them their refund. But feeling bad for two young kids they did. Bill was not happy because they gave him grief i think because of embarrassment. And the following day this was written.. So may be they should post their transaction details on line for the world to see.. But Bill and Jan being the kind hearted people they are i'm sure would not.
