Review content:
We ordered a sectional leather sofa, the sales clerk check stock and we were told it would be delivered 2 days later. The following day, the warehouse called to tell us the product was not in stock and it would take an additional 3 weeks...(this is after we cleared our living room of furniture)!!
I called to complain and they offered no immediate remedy but ultimately threw in free delivery...which seemed reasonable.
They missed the following delivery date and when it was delivered it was the incorrect color...Black instead of brown...We were then told it would take another week as delivery was backed up
I called the store manager , who was extremely rude and told me to be patient.....I asked to speak to the regional manager and he said it was against his policy...I called the corp office and finally got through to the CEOs office and ultimately got the furniture out the next day...but without attachment brackets to hold the sections together.......
At every point of customer contact they were rude, uncaring and decietful
I would NEVER go bak
Pros: Large Selection
Cons: False promises and poor customer service
