Our windshield was damaged and my husband and I were unavailable to take our car in to be repaired. Accurate Auto and Glass actually picked up the car, fixed the windshield, and brought it back. All the work was done by the owner, who was very quick and polite. I usually never do reviews or surveys, but Accurate Auto and Glass really deserve it.
They have outstanding customer service. They picked up my car within a half an hour from the time I called, and they brought it back in a little over an hour. It was really quick. Our windshield was completely shattered and it was dangerous because it was caving in. And the owner himself came and picked up the car.
Another thing worth mentioning: I actually left my bank card in the car. It was not in plain view, but I have had bad experiences in the past and the card was in the car where they were working. Not only was the card right where I left it, they brought the car back clean. They cleaned up all the glass.
I would definitely recommend them.
