Review content:
I had called in to see if they did take consignment items, and the woman on the phone said that they did. So I drove over to the store from across town the same day and when I get there the woman tells me that they're "retiring from that," and that they don't take consignments anymore. I had told her that I had called and talked to someone earlier who had told me that the store does take consignments, and the woman said "Yes, that was me on the phone, but we don't take consignments anymore." The reason I had called the store was so that I wouldn't have to waste gas and time driving over there. She didn't even look at what I had brought in. So I asked a friend of mine to call the store and see what the woman would tell me friend. My friend told me that the woman said that the store was not taking anymore consignments this season. She said nothing about "retiring" or anything like that. I've been in the store before this, and they may have some nice things and a decent selection, but if a person is going to spend that kind of money, the staff should be friendly and honest instead of seeming like they don't care if they have your business or not.
